    Welcome to Almond Co, a website selling premium quality dry fruits and nuts in Pakistan. This is a legal agreement between Almond Co and YOU (the user) that states all the terms and conditions under which you may use our service. By accessing this website, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated below and agree that you are responsible for complying to them. Upon failure to comply with these terms you will be prohibited from accessing the website.

  2. Copyright

    All the content present on the website such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, videos and digital downloads is the property of Almond Co and its content suppliers and is protected by national copyright laws.

  3. Communications

    When You (user) communicate with us you agree that you are communicating with us through electronic records and consent to receive communication via electronic records from Almond Co periodically and when required. We may contact you through email or other electronic methods for which the user has provided us with the information.

    • All the images shown at www.almond.pk are for representational purposes. The real color and size of the product may vary. Almond Co does not warrant that product description and representation will be error-free.
    • Order cancellation is not possible. If any adjustments to the order are required, You need to contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed.
    • Almond Co reserves the right to cancel any order and orders will only be shipped after approval from the merchant.
    • If any fraudulent transaction from a customer is suspected, the orders will be cancelled immediately and a list of fraudulent transactions will be maintained where the concerned parties will be banned from accessing the website

  4. Pricing Policy

    Almond Co reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any given time and is not liable to inform its customers.

  5. Comments and Reviews

    Users may post reviews and comments about their experience with Almond Co as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory or going against any terms stated.

  6. Changes in Terms and Conditions

    Almond Co reserves the right to change these terms and conditions according to the need without notice.

  7. Delivery

    Almond Co offers to deliver your order within 2-5 working days. In the case of incorrect or damaged order the user needs to contact us immediately for the mistake to be rectified.

  8. Returns and Refund

    In case of incorrect order or the user not being satisfied by the product, the user must contact Almond Co within one week and the products will either be replaced or money will be refunded.
